Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will mentor a team of elite engineers and drive the architectural decisions that will power our products through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architectural definition of the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on autonomous agents and multimodal learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and energy efficiency on next-gen hardware.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and governance across the organization.
- Conduct research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Act as a technical thought leader and mentor for junior developers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning strategies, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
