- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating cutting-edge technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps and progress to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience in building and scaling innovation labs or incubators
