Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of core AI models for the Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Ethical AI Auditing: Establish rigorous testing protocols to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias, ensuring fairness in AI decision-making processes.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize AI algorithms for hybrid quantum-classical environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical standards.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to integrate them into our existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current trends and anticipate future technological shifts.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
