Responsibilities
- Lead research in next-gen neural network architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop novel quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for real-time decision systems
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals annually
- Mentor cross-functional teams in implementing research prototypes
- Secure $500K+ in government/private research grants
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Patent at least 2 breakthrough technologies per year
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer models and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of commercializing research (min. 2 products)
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow mastery
