Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and R&D investments in emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives and ROI of innovation portfolios
- Author thought leadership content on future tech disruption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations
