Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the integration of AI, automation, and next-gen cloud infrastructure into core business processes.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive advantages.
- Mentor a team of technical leads and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital initiatives and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Certification in TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
