Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge neural architectures capable of learning across diverse domains with zero-shot transfer capabilities.
- Model Training & Scaling: Lead the end-to-end training pipeline for large-scale foundation models, optimizing for compute efficiency and data throughput.
- Research Publication: Publish high-impact papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to the open-source community to drive industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production-grade APIs and user experiences.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Develop and implement safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure AI systems behave predictably and beneficially.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with distributed training and high-performance computing.
- Research Background: A proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences and contributing to open-source projects.
- Programming: Strong algorithmic thinking and coding skills in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle novel, undefined problems in the realm of deep learning and cognitive science.
