Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for latency reduction and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
