Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) with 2026+ impact potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech evaluation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight projects or published research
