Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems for enterprise clients.
- Lead the technical strategy for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and optimization to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and frameworks to drive architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
