Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation in rapidly evolving markets
- Lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for product development teams
- Architect long-term R&D roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future intelligence methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented business frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent futurist methodology (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio showcasing published trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
