Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement end-to-end AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment strategies for large-scale Generative AI applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, autonomous agents) and integrate them into our roadmap to ensure we remain ahead of industry trends.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for models, ensuring low latency and high throughput in real-time environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Compliance: Establish and enforce ethical AI guidelines and data privacy standards to ensure responsible AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architecture role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying AI models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and scaling systems from prototype to production.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
