Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, cold calling, and social media engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure cultural fit.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools effectively to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
