In this role, you will collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to produce high-fidelity motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and interactive web experiences. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations from storyboards to final output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative vision aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, ensuring seamless performance on web, mobile, and video formats.
- Maintain and expand a library of custom assets, textures, and procedural techniques to streamline production workflows.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and junior animators on the team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, software advancements, and emerging storytelling techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced knowledge of timing, spacing, and easing.
- Experience with vector-based animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or After Effects Roto Brush).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
