Responsibilities
- Lead Visual Design: Spearhead the design of high-fidelity 2D UI/UX interfaces, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms using vector-based tools.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging 2D animations and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and tell compelling brand stories.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, documentation, and component libraries to streamline the engineering workflow.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and animators to iterate on concepts and ensure design feasibility.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D digital design, motion graphics, or animation.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Sketch.
- Portfolio: A strong, portfolio showcasing a range of 2D vector art, UI design, and motion projects.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics and responsive design principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
