Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof system architectures capable of supporting operations in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the R&D initiative for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for integration into our core platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments on legacy systems to ensure seamless transitions to next-gen infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for data interoperability and AI-driven automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, Edge computing, and IoT ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
