Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for immediate open roles across various sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Consult with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidate fit.
- Facilitate interview coordination and negotiate employment offers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and talent pools.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce).
