Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for immediate client openings in Long Beach and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS platforms and proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews and assessments to match top talent with client needs
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and position requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong knowledge of Long Beach job market and local talent networks
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple urgent priorities
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent certification (SHRM-SCP preferred)
