Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various administrative, technical, and executive roles.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to actively market open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline within the Fort Worth area.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage candidate relationships through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
- Perform background checks, drug screening, and reference verification as required.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to effectively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
