Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipeline and performance.

Qualifications
