Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and database mining.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit requirements.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment, preparing detailed feedback reports.
- Placement Negotiation: Manage the negotiation of offers, contracts, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools effectively to track candidate progress and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and working autonomously in a target-driven environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
