Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize market knowledge to advise candidates on salary expectations and career growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand presence.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
