Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Screen, interview, and present the best-fit candidates for open positions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Contribute to team sales targets through proactive account management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (Entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
