- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly recruitment targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop recruitment expertise
Qualifications
