- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions for diverse industries
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
