Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client positions across San Diego
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from screening to placement
- Actively promote our industry-leading weekly pay program to candidates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
