Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit
- Manage client relationships and job requisitions
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (submissions, placements)
- Strong knowledge of Boston's job market and industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
