Responsibilities
- Sourcel, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations
- Utilize ATS systems to track pipeline and ensure compliance
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
