Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, skills, and salary expectations.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets for outreach and candidate placement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior recruitment experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
