Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Networking).
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted consultant for their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate and conduct face-to-face and video interviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people find careers.
