Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage high-quality candidates for immediate placement opportunities.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Onboarding Support: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and a positive first impression of our client partners.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends in Wichita to advise clients on labor market conditions and salary benchmarks.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platform.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets in a commission-based environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business demands require.
