Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify qualified candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs and market trends.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement: Facilitate the offer process and negotiate contracts to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide weekly activity reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and ATS platforms.
- Dedication: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
