Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions within various industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from building talent pipelines to closing offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to proactively identify passive job seekers.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide market insights to both clients and candidates.
- Ensure all employment documentation and compliance standards are met accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus for this location.
