Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific hiring needs.
- Placement Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
- Admin Tasks: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Fort Worth, TX.
