Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-company fit
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Deep understanding of Atlanta's job market and industry trends
- Professional recruitment certification (SPHR, CTS) preferred
