Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search) to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and providing market insights.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve placement targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
