Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking).
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline specifically within the Raleigh and Triangle area.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive with industry salary trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local candidate visits.
