Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is a plus.
