Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to expand the talent pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
