Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates using our ATS platform
- Update candidate profiles and maintain accurate recruitment databases
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting opportunities to multiple channels
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, or related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client site visits required)
