Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (social media, networking, job boards) to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future client needs.
- Manage client relationships, conducting needs assessments to understand hiring requirements.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track all recruiting activities and metrics within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Tucson area for client meetings.
