Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for financial and healthcare sectors
- Develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and cloud providers
- Create 5-year quantum adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure SBIR grants and international research collaborations
- Mentor quantum computing talent in emerging markets
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum applications
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal quantum research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Deep understanding of NIST quantum standards and post-quantum cryptography
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
