Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, ambient computing)
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product development teams
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on societal and technological disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI governance and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startup opportunities
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 use cases
- Present futures insights to global stakeholders through data visualizations and immersive simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years experience in technology trend analysis or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused product/strategy implementations
