Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market disruptions and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions using emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital, AGI)
- Analyze global megatrends (climate resilience, neurotech, decentralized systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical innovation and responsible scaling
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor innovation champions across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive products/services to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite/board experience
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology, or Futures Studies
