Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware components
- Model quantum circuits using Python and specialized frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and architectures
- Present findings at international conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Contribute to roadmapping quantum adoption strategies for 2026-2030
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation or topological quantum systems
- Proficiency in quantum error correction techniques (surface codes, color codes)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with quantum annealing platforms (D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
