Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps covering AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future societal and economic disruptions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Sociology, Philosophy, or related field with 7+ years futurist/strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology ethics
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping initiatives
