Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions in sustainability and digital transformation
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios and market implications
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of 2026-viable technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- MSc or PhD in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight preferred
