Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware team to mitigate quantum decoherence effects Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead open-source contributions to Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Journal
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (QASM, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory

- Proficiency with Python/C++ and HPC environments
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
