Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and quantum interfaces.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap and integrate them into our core product lines.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in neural networks, NLP, and quantum algorithms.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Quantum Experience: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or access to quantum hardware is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
