Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
